What is the Valencia Tourist Card?+
The Valencia Tourist Card is the official tourist card of the city: unlimited public transport (bus, metro, tram in Zones ABCD incl. airport transfer), free entry to 14 museums and monuments, plus discounts on top attractions. Available for 24, 48 or 72 hours.
How do I receive my card after booking?+
You receive a voucher by email, which you exchange on arrival for the physical card. Redemption points include the tourist office at the airport (arrivals hall), the office at City Hall (Plaza del Ayuntamiento) and the digital kiosk at Joaquin Sorolla station.
When does the card activate and how long is it valid?+
The card activates on first use on public transport and is then valid for 24, 48 or 72 consecutive hours. If you activate a 72-hour card on Monday at 3 PM, it is valid until Thursday at 3 PM.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Yes. When booking through Tiqets you can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit date. Once the card has been activated, no refund is possible.
Is the airport transfer included?+
Yes. The card covers the metro ride from Valencia Airport to the city centre and back (Lines L3 and L5). Pick up your card at the airport and your transfer is covered straight away.
